"I did have an issue where my reservation was made from a third party company. I'm mistakenly chose one day later instead of the current day to extend my stay. However it would have been nice for them to understand that my reservation was confirmed and just simply utilize that to continue my current stay. However, I had to still go back to the third party company to change my reservation which was a bit tedious. Other than that they themselves did a great job at helping me. The pillows are not...

"Very limited breakfast: cereal with hand scooped portions, open container milk and juice, no hot or even warm items to eat. Stained and cracked bathtub so I would not bathe here. Slippery bathtub, but there was a handle. It smelled clean. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament. While not in downtown KC, it was SO easy to get to and it felt good to get out of the bigger city for the evenings. Ashley checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. Jennifer was the morning desk staffer and kept the breakfast area stocked and was pleasant while doing so. We would stay here again."
