"When we booked, we believed we would stay in the main building shown in the photos. Instead, we were placed in an annex at the back, which was very uncomfortable during this cold season. One of the beds was so uncomfortable it felt like it had thorns, raising concerns about hygiene. As a result, we all ended up sleeping in one bed, making the experience even worse. "Do not use this property. Alot of stairs and not handcap friendly. Poor communication with check in. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, trash not empty, no clean towels. Room was not the way it was pictured on review. Had a bacony but unable to use it. Door blocked and no chairs. I'd like a particle refund back on my fee for Sept 29-Oct 2, 2024. on my credit card for these actions. Handicap parking taken by people without proper plates or handcap cards. "
