Lulu City Unit #5G is a fantastic 2BD/2BA multilevel condo (3rd floor walk-up) in the Town of Telluride making it ideal for enjoying the summer festival season and the winter ski season. Lulu 5G has views to the west of the valley floor and views to the east of the pool, aspen trees and the town nestled in the famous box canyon. Coonskin (Lift 7) is only a couple minute walk as is the grocery store! The River Trail is a few steps out the door, providing wonderful access to town attractions (all less than 10 minutes walk) and a network of hiking and biking trails. Amenities include recently renovated Pool w/Hot Tub, grill and Enclosed Private Garage. Cute and cozy place
My husband and I stayed two days. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed. It was a quick walk to food establishments. We did not use the pool. It was nice having a garage.

Great location and condo
Our family of four had a wonderful stay in Telluride and would definitely stay in this 2-bedroom condo again. Great location within walking distance of the lift in town. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and the unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend.

Great trip!
Myself and some friends were hitting the Jeep trails for the weekend and I'm happy I found this place. Easy to check in and out, very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to downtown. Highly recommended!

This house has everything you need and in a very convenient location. The beds and linens are excellent!! The garage is a great added benefit to park your car for your stay! The kids really enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.

Love the location!
This condo is still in the small town of Telluride, but just far enough away you are able to relax and not have too many crowds. We enjoyed having all the amenities we needed so we weren't required to leave after a day of skiing.

Easy access to Lift 7, easy walk to Main Street, 1.5 blocks to grocery/market. The setup worked well for our family of 5. The furniture, including beds, was comfortable. A few items didn’t work in the unit, but nothing that impacted our stay- ice machine, jets on bathtub (didn’t use). Loved pool and hot tub. Super easy check in/out, access.

Great Condo in Telluride
The condo was great for our small group over the New Years holiday. The condo was clean, well equipped and short 10 minute walk to Gondola. We would highly recommend renting this unit!

Cozy Condo in Telluride
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo which was warm, cozy, clean and perfect for our group. Everything promised was true and the owners and local agent are very responsive and friendly. And the location is fantastic, close to skiing and enjoying the town's shops, trails and restaurants, making it the perfect place for our family group to enjoy the holidays.
