"Check in and check out was very easy. The location was quiet and peaceful for a weekend getaway like we needed after the holidays. The location was perfect for visiting Great Barrington and within walking distance of downtown. When we got there, my husband opened the door saying it was the nicest Quality Inn he's ever been to (and that's saying a lot since he's picky). Would definitely stay there again and recommend it as well!"

Only two small complaints - sound proofing could be improved as we heard the crying baby and dog from the room next to us much of the night. Also, three pillows on each bed, but they were all very hard - no give at all."

The room itself was delightfully warm upon our arrival, a welcome relief from the chilly night. "Nice pool and breakfast. Exactly like my previous experiences at Hampton Inn except this was probably the the fewest people I've encountered when staying with this chain. It was very quiet. Had the pool to ourselves for an hour."
