"Doorman & Jennifer at the front desk 10/10 Comfy beds & no bugs another 10/10 Other than that this place is pretty run down. There's soooo much trash thrown over/off balconies and never cleaned up? Not sure. Tons of college parties. Not really a young family vibe. Used to be our go to years ago though..All the employees were amazing!! Didn't get in the pool as my kids pulled at least 10 cans/bottles out. Pool area needed attention (They had fun) TV was wonky (sound didn't work sometimes),...

"It was a nice stay a little pricey a later found out , there was a discrepancy in the third party I used to book and the actual hotel but the hotel took care of it , the pool was warm and inside felt great , the hot tub was down , the breakfast was completely awful to me but the hubs liked it "

"This was my second time staying here. First time was on the way out to OK from NY in August and now again on the return trip. Specifically chose this place because of the great visit the first time out. Again, it was clean and acceptable, however this time there was an issue with getting hot water out of the shower. It was not cold, but warm, however definetly not hot. Other than that complaint, it was a great stay. Would stay again if ever in the area. "
