"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete...

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. I was disappointed that the head of the reception did not get back to me about this and farther, I never got any complimentary reward for this. "Loved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite. "

Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. If you pay there is no esy to pay unless you alrrady have a paid phone or internet. No front desk. Before you leva you must clean the whole apartment and fold and pit away the...

"On this plus side, this was a small hotel situated on a quiet side street is a quaint little town. This is a great area to be in with lots of outdoor recreation and beautiful scenery. Less positive was the service. Perhaps because of the small size, there was nobody on hand to check me in when I arrived, and on checkout, I had to ask around to finally get someone to help. My room was very small, but I had gone for the lest expensive option so can't fault them too much for that."

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."
