"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. "The hotel is extremely well located with a shuttle service from the airport. Even though my flight was delayed and arrived after midnight, the shuttle was still available. The reception was open and check in was fast and professional "

"This hotel was better than expected. The staff were not only courteous but went out of their way to be helpful. We had the least expensive room and yes it was tiny, but it was clean and very comfortable. (if you are bigger sized, you may want to consider not choosing the smallest room). Although there was no kettle, the staff happily got us hot water. We appreciated the recycle containers placed near the stairs. Hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station, easy access to city...

"Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark. "
