"We had arrived in Paris after a 10-hour transatlantic flight, taken the TGV to Lyon, and driven our rental car to St. Albans. We planned to stay two nights to recuperate from jet lag. St. Albans is filled with narrow streets that seem to have more traffic than you would expect in a small town. "Merci beaucoup ! Nous étions 14 à fêter un anniversaire important (70 ans !) en famille, avec des membres de tous âges, de 2 à 70 ans, et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour au Clos des Collières. La maison offre beaucoup d’espace, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et elle est d’une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires, toujours disponibles et réactifs à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"Had a lovely stay at the mill. The space is large, bright and airy. The surrounding area is picturesque and the mill is an interesting old building with lots of arts, craft and nature to enjoy. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, shower was great. Highly recommend a stay to disconnect from the fast pace of life and enjoy the slow life."

"We were pleasantly surprised to find this great Gite for a rest stop on our return trip from down south to Paris. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to explore the area. You will not be disappointed!! Highlight of our 6-week tour of France for our family of 3. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer than the 3-nights. "For our group of 6 over for the Rugby World Cup, we got everything that we needed. The chance to relax, have our own space, ability to cook and the ability to relax at the pool and jacuizi, makes life easy. We were very well looked after by the hosts. The area is great and supermarkets and bakery 5 minute walk, and then bus to take you to Oulins and lyon right at the door. Would recomend staying here to other people."
