"Nothing fancy but everything I needed was there. The beds and the bedding were wonderful and looked to have been very recently replaced. Nice tv with numerous stations. The room was very clean! No breakfast included but there was a McDonalds in front of the parking lot and a Waffle House right beside that. Microwave, fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Sofa was a sleeper though I didn’t need that. Iron and ironing board in the room. The room my brother in law was in was their last...

"Wonderful weekend away. This property has something for everyone. We put our boat in at the marina directly across from us. The kids enjoyed the weekend of fishing, swimming, playing ping pong and using the sauna and hot tub. Plenty of room and veryone had a place to be. "

"We enjoyed our stay on Lake Sinclair. The house has views of the lake from most rooms and the porch. There is a nice fire pit area where the kids roasted marshmallows. The dock is great…we rented a pontoon boat, paddled in the kayaks and swam right off the dock. There is not a ton of boat traffic in this area so it’s easy to enjoy the water. We saw lots of fishermen but didn’t fish ourselves. Fabulous waterfront weekend getaway. "

"We chose this property because it was on the lake, had a dock, and onsite Kayaks for use in the advertised adminites. Upon arriving in the evening 2 of our guests were stung by the wasps that had set up home in the fake plants on both sides of the front door. For the duration of the trip we were on the watch for wasps. The kayaks, sand area and doc were full of spiders, cobwebs and broken furniture that had not been cleaned or maintained. "Our family loved it here!! Upon arrival the house was clean and smelled so good!! Plenty of space. Fully stocked with everything you can think of! Boat towels, bath towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes galore! Beautifully decorated throughout! The host is personable, sweet and easy to communicate with! Looking forward to going back soon!"
