"My only complaint is the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. I’m going back to Albany but staying at a different hotel this weekend because of the mattress. Staff was extremely pleasant, walls are kind of thin and can hear doors closing. Hotel seemed very clean."

"Rented the hotel for a road trip for my daughters birthday. We attended a concert and needed a place to stay. I only rent hotels with indoor pools and hot tubs. The hot tub was broke which was a disappointment but the pool was ok for some water exercise and stress relief to prepare for a 6 hour drive home"
