"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. "Worst and terrible ever hotel/room experience in my whole life . Abandoned house/unit. No lock/no keys, «caretaker» (?) suggested that we dont need keys because they can stay outside for security. This is insane! Get away to this scam deal. Its just a waste of money. We need to find another hotel to stay. "

"The surrounding of the hotel is dirty with too much garbage (not the property's fault). But inside the property is okay. The airport shuttle is actually a taxi the receptionist calls for you. The location is good since SM Clark, restaurants, drug store, variety store, and internet cafe are all closeby."
