Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

Mirror at the sink had a built-in LED light. A lot of electrical outlets around the room. Good storage wall with drawers and shelves. Free parking. Right next to the hotel entrances. "A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."
