The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. "Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19.
