"We had the room that Expedia identifies as "Suite, Balcony, Sea View." We were mightily impressed by the quality of the room, its layout, its cleanliness, the fun in-room bathtub, the luxurious shower, the in-room coffee and espresso machines (thank God!), the view from the balcony out over the beach (plus there were two additional mini balconies!), and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. "This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants. "The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the dock and main part of town. Tucked away in a shopping/dining area. It is a hidden gem! Decor was great, very clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend. "
