"This was a convenient place for me to spend a night when I was in a jam and too tired to drive any more. The manager Umar was exceptionally helpful. There was an issue with my billing…very long story…and I was double billed. Umar spent a lot time, hours, between texts, phone calls, and emails to make sure I was properly refunded. He didn’t have to do that. "

"The hotel was very clean and the location was very good. It was close to restaurants and beach."

"Stayed at John’s property for 2 nights with kids and friends. We loved the backyard and how secluded and private it felt—perfect for a getaway from the city! The home itself is not large, but it’s super tidy and well-designed. The beds are comfortable, and it has cooling/heating, coffee, and all the essentials you might need. The only feedback I have is to bring lots of bug spray if you plan to spend time in the backyard! Otherwise, 10/5 stars!!"

"Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner."

"Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!"
