"Love staying here, as I come down to Hamilton a lot for work. The room is always tidy and clean. The cleaning staff that are there during the day are lovely and approachable. The manager is always kind and helpful when giving me my room details. Will always recommend Avon Apartments to friends and family when they need a place to stay, as they have different size rooms available for all your travel needs. "This motel was perfect for us. My daughter and I shared a room. Really comfortable bed, clean and with great amenities. The room felt very comfortable and safe. We had a great stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay again. We were staying for a sporting competition at the pool. We were close to the venue, to supermarket, to The Base mall and a lovely walk way near the river too. "

"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful luxurious house overlooking the Waikato River. There was a safe swimming area in the river and a hot tub. The house was spacious, with all amenities inside and out bbq etc. inside outside stereo sounds , awesome tv viewing. All amenities provided and more just needed to turn up with bag clothes. Big enough for family or couple. Host with the mostest as well."
