"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Großes Zimmer, mit gutem Bad, außer dass der Abfluss nicht so richtig funktionierte. Nach dem Duschen stand fast das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Ist aber dann recht schnell trocken geworden. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberfamilie, vor allem die Oma (?) des Hauses. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner, kleiner Pool, mit ein paar Liegemöglichkeiten. "Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Die Rezeption war nur notdürftig besetzt. Parkplatz war in einer neuen Tiefgarage, die noch nicht fertiggestellt war. Die Anfahrt war schwierig. Man musste über eine Baustelle zum Eingang gehen, eine Hilfe zum Transport der Koffer wurde nicht angeboten. So nicht!!!!!!!!! "
