"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."
