"I really like Blu Hotel, but when I booked the room, it said that it has a pool. There’s no pool in the premises. I had to go across the street to the partner hotel, which I thought it was false advertising… the service & staff were great. "

"El hotel super limpio y las habitaciones con camas super comodas. Lo unico fue que una de las empleadas encargadas del desayuno nos falto el respeto diciendo que para nosotros no habia desayuno y nos dejo de ultimos para servirnos el desayuno. Parecia tener algo en contra de nosotros. Los empleados deberian ser mas respetuosos con los huespedes. Si la señora tenia un problema no debio pagarlo con nosotros "

"The hotel did not have hot water. We wanted to check out and move to sister hotel Tayrona Del Mar. They refused. I walked next door and checked in to Tayrona Del Mar but had to pay for two nights. They refused to move money over. Besides that the rooms were extremely tiny. You can barely walk in the room. The hotel chain is totally uncooperative. We moved to sister hotel.
