"Honestly I didnt have that many issues with the property. However my wife wasnt fond of it. Id ignore her and rate perfect but I did have to fix the TV and toilet. Made things a hair stressful. Also, the shower wasnt the that great. More the reason why my wife didnt like the room. Still good in my opinion, staff was super nice too."

"This is a brand new property. The elevator did not work so climbing stairs was. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was adequate and clean. To enter the hotel the Desk clerk had to buzz you in. Staff was either seated in the lobby or in the back room. I can understand why it was very slow. The staff was gracious and politer. I would definitely stay again. "

"I was worried about booking a room in downtown Colorado Springs, but our stay was great! The hotel was quiet and service was friendly! Traffic was even non-existant, so getting to our hotel was quick! Breakfast was minimal but tasty. The hotel is also conveniently close to many points of interest such as the Pike's Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. This hotel was also pet friendly! My only tiny nit-pick was that there was no immediate spot near by for my dog...
