"Prior to booking, I had seen some poor reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were pleasant, and the facility served our needs . The gym was great as well as the breakfast area. The rooms were decent and the beds were relatively comfortable. The only complaint was the water pressure for the shower, and the electronics for the blinds was not working in our unit. They were going to to have maintenance investigate, but it didn't get done in our week that we stayed there. "

"I'm usually quite happy at a HIE hotel and this was no exception. The place was quiet, safe and spotless. The best part was that the rooms seem really well insulated for sound. It was very quiet, although I don't know how busy the hotel was. Breakfast was great as usual, no mob scene either, I guess it was not busy."
