"We stay here a lot. This was the first time we had any issues, but they are small issues. 1. We tend to sleep in when we are visiting so the 830 AM vacuuming of the hallway wasn't too cool. 2. We used the pull-out bed in the couch. It was a bit disturbing to remove the cushions and find a very large amount of food scrapes and whatever else that stuff was on the bed. As I mentioned these were relatively minor issues. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."

"Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows)."

"Nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub access. Breakfast was very good and they made something for me that wasn't on the buffet at the time. We've stayed there a couple times now and it's been a great experience each time. Also the rooms are huge. Lots of space."
