"Lovely staff, plenty of wheelchair space in accessible room, only downs side was the mould in bathroom. We didn’t use any of the towels etc as we took our own but they looked clean enough, wasn’t as noisy as I was expecting being at a services. Would defiantly go back 9/10"

"The room was very private and quiet. It had everything you needed and I received a friendly reception. It was also exceptionally clean. The one issue was that I could not get a consistently comfortable temperature from the shower. There is also a pub across street."

"Check in started at 2. Arrived at 3 to find hotel deserted. No answer from doorbell or by calling them. Just went to answerphone. Waited for 30 mins outside then eventually had to book another hotel at extra cost. Finally got a call from hotel and had the phone put down on me. Avoid !!!"

"Fantastic little spot. Better than I thought and so well done. Thankyou for a great stay. Shame I forgot to bring a towel but that’s my fault for not reading the description so I had to shower at soho farmhouse. Waking up to the sound of the birds was incredible. "

"This hotel is a VERY basic hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the soap dispenser to wash hands was pathetic! Everytime we flushed our toilet it sounds a ships horn. Our carpet was very dust behind door . This hotel is over priced"

"Loved it! the perfect getaway for a weekend away. Scenic and beautiful surroundings, the property is modern with the bathroom and bedroom finished to a high spec! The host Louise is friendly and very attentive .We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. The photos don’t do the place justice, as it’s even more pretty in reality! "Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "
