"This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

"The room was adequate for a one night stay, however not as close to town as expected and up a lot of stairs unless you know an alternate route. Taxis not so easy to get. I would suggest anybody walking to look up the route for cars so you don’t have stairs, with suitcases. Very helpful with suggestions of better walking routes and places to eat and happy to store our bags for the day. A electric jug is provided in the room but no tea or coffee, which is unusual and rather pointless. Comfortable...

"We’ll start with the good: Comfy mattress, individual lights/power outlets and amazing location. Unfortunately, a lot to be desired. Opened in 2010, this would have been an awesome building at the time. But it feels like no one has maintained it since then. "I’d never stayed alone at a hostel before and was very nervous. I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants.
