"This was my first time flying from Porto and chose to stay at this hotel before my travel the next day. I'm so glad I did!! I stayed at room 306. I loved how it was so clean, modern and comfortable. The room had a comfortable double bed, air con, hair dryer, towels, 2 coat hangers, 1 luggage/seating stool, 2 bed side tables, 1 extra blanket, thick blackout blinds plus a telephone and TV with tons of channels. 5*****"

"Hostel is all gender bathrooms which is ok but toilets has a smell of Pooh. Floors creek, rooms was clean, bed comfy and staff very helpful. Area was great, center of attraction to shopping, food, walking tours. "

"The Supernova was amazing! Loved the staff because they were so wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it highly if you are interested in spending time in Porto. "Only one elevator was in service. The stairwell was not fireproof in the event of a fire. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and access to all the highlights by foot. "

"We had a really nice stay here. Good location with a shopping mall downstairs and metro stop out front. Very easy to get to the river on the metro. Big fail was no in room coffee but other then that very nice clean and comfortable despite the decor being stuck in the 90’s All in all good experience and would stay here again "

"Very basic accommodations. The trade off is the cheap price and excellent location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Selina next door. It was nice that they included towels (many hostels charge a rental fee), but they were threadbare. The kitchen has no stove, only a microwave. And no luggage storage when you checkout (have to pay 2,50 per bag at their partner storage site next door). The hostel felt dark and damp. "Property was modern and newish, we booked 2 rooms whole floor, hot water ran out at 2 person, other room had a freezing cold shower, no hot water left!!!, Also not enough linen, it was freezing all night only 1 light weight blanket on bed no spare in cardboard, also toilet running all night. Woke up exhausted and uneasy, would not return. Aircon doesn't seam to have heat settling on cold!"
