"The hotel is not what is advertised. Had to ask for housekeeping which was only once over 6 days and not properly done. Discovered another guest in my room who was able to open my room with his room's key. Single bed room and bathroom not well designed, and poor condition (no fan and aircon). "

Dazu auf dem Teppich nur Flecken - das zugesagte Internet ist nur an der "Rezeption" empfangbar, man bekommt auch keinen Code, sondern darf nur einen QR-Code abscannen. "This property has a lot of potential. It is run down and requires some attention. The hostess was nice and pleasant. I understand that there was 2yrs covid and back to back cyclones, but basics like, cleanliness, good fans, lights, having coffee/tea/milk available, would help a lot. Thanks Wayne"
