"At check in the front desk lady could not check me in properly (I booked through Expedia). As she was trying to fix the problem, and as a line started to form behind me, she kept saying she needed to talk to her manager to check me in, but fortunately she gave me a room key so my son and I could rest in our room. The restaurant (not related to the Ramada) was accessible from the hotel which was very convenient in the cold weather. When we visit Lindsay on the future, we'll definitely stay here again."
