"I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

"Susan hosted a great stay for my wife and I over four days. The house and room were tidy, and the breakfast offerings were the best bar none. The front porch overlooked a well-manicured lawn on a very quiet street. Susan gave us some history of the area and pointed out stores and restaurants in the area. We were never disappointed. This was a first visit for us to this area and we hope that we can visit Susan again next year. "

"This property (Executive Villa) should not be listed on Expedia. It is not fit to be rented. We arrived at the property to find a filthy house in serious dis-repair. The entire kitchen was filthy, not recent mess but years of baked on grease and dirt. Left over food and wrappers months old left in cupboards. "Our stay was great! Was staying for my wedding night before and night of, house is big and bedrooms were fantastic however it really only slept 10 not 12. There was a small “pull out” that could have slept a small child or two but not 2 adults. There is also only one couch in the house so we had to have someone bring some of our own chairs. Other than that check in and out was smooth and easy and it was a great weekend. Thanks"
