CONS: The listing was inaccurate for amenities (no coffee or tea pods, no hand soap in bathroom, watered down shampoo, conditioner & body wash) 5 minutes of hot water in the shower. Dishes were dirty "

"The cabins are beautiful, as is the location. It’s quiet and peaceful and close to many beautiful, natural places to hike. We enjoyed just relaxing without any interruptions. "

"The property was very nice physically, everything in the listing was accurate. Beds were good, hot tub was very nice. A few small issues keep it from being 5 star. There was nothing in the kitchen except salt and pepper and a tiny bit of coffee. No ice trays, no water pitcher, so the only water to drink was straight out of the tap. There was not enough soap, and the property manager basically told us "sorry, not coming out to fix that." One upstairs bathroom had extremely low water pressure....

"Wasn’t notified until 3 days before check-in there’s no WiFi. Wasn’t informed until arriving & checking in that there would be absolutely no cell service either. Was locked out of our cabin due to a faulty keypad, was trapped outside for over an hour in the cold without crucial medication. When calling customer service, I was cussed out by an employee who doesn’t even live in this country. Finally hit a hold of the property manager briefly to have him send maintenance. Called the number again...
