"I enjoyed the room and the property. There is an older woman at the front desk who could use some more customer service training she looked at me and did not greet me two different times , check in and check out . Instead I was helped by someone else ,both Times . When she should have been greeting me and saying someone would be right with me . My initial contact was with her . I would stay again because I enjoyed the condition of the property, but they may have front desk employees that need...

"We enjoyed the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early and check out late. Great location. We enjoyed the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the small size of the lobby. We wanted to sit by the fire at night and there is only 4 chairs which were used by two couples all night. Other than that everything was great. "
