"This was a stay near the airport to make catching our early flight easier. It was an interesting stay to start out. The person at the desk was abrasively friendly (never saw that before). Everyone in the family that was over 16 had their IDs copied, they needed our license plate number (pretty normal), and then I signed and initialed multiple times on a long contract where I agreed to a bunch of things like I wasnt moving in permanently. "Me and members of my family have stayed here several times in the last few months. It’s is a very nice hotel and close to Children’s Mercy Kansas City. The front desk staff, Issac on my last check in was exceptional. I wish the world had more customer service skills as he did. He went above and beyond to fix and issues and that we were happy with the experience. We will be staying again for treatments from children’s and this will always be my first choice "
