"I love Moxy hotels, they were really accommodating to get our two rooms together. We only had one issue with the heating not working but quickly resolved with some portable radiators. "

"I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "

"Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"Room was clean and bed comfy. Room was facing the main road, but you couldn't hear the traffic. Only problem was very creaky floorboards and not enough hot water to run a bath. Also would of been nice to have just a residents only bit of bar. The steam bar was always busy and tables full "

"Our stay at this hotel was lovely. There were a few issues with our bath and window but the staff arranged for an alternative room to be made available for us. Both rooms were very well appointed. The weather outside was poor but the reception rooms in the hotel were decorated beautifully and kept warm with lively open fires and we enjoyed refreshing drinks and tasty snacks.
