"The location is good, the property is clean however, we have tried to contact the housekeeping/maintenance/emergency support of the company but we could not get anyone from the host company to answer to our calls during our stay. The only time we could speak to anyone from the company was the check-out time when they were there to ask us to leave. "Brilliant location - quiet apartment/flat in rural area. Within 30-60mins of many fab Cornish places - Eden Project, Jamaica Inn, North coastline (Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow). "We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean and we received a really lovely welcome. The flat had everything we needed for our few days. Just a short walk down to a couple of restaurants and bars, all very dog friendly with lovely staff and good food. "The location was excellent with stunning views. The property was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean and good storage space. We enjoyed the smart TV and WiFi was good. Only a couple of gripes: the sofa was covered with dog hairs and not very clean. The floor brush handle was broken. Next door neighbours dog was able to walk across into ours from the neighbours apartment. There was no barrier between the two properties to prevent this."
