"The well-appointed and spacious suite accommodations at this hotel are very competitive with other nationwide hotels' 2-queen bed rooms, where we had been staying earlier in the week. We reserved in Hot Springs, AK, at the last minute, not being sure of our schedule and timing, so the spacious size of the suite was a nice surprise. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good."

"This is a historic property and it is undergoing restoration and renovation activities, and they a doing a wonderful job. Weekends there is always live music in the large ground floor area and bar area. All staff were very professional and put their patrons first. "

"Everything was great. The indoor pool area needed more seating and the chlorine fumes are almost unbearable for person sittimg with children watching. Other than those 2 things no issues at all. It was quiet, staff was nice, breakfast was great, room was clean. "
