"New hotel so rooms were clean, nice new beds and chairs. Loved the fact that it still smelled new. Think they still need to hire more staff. I was assigned a room and when I went in all the bedding was stripped off the bed and piled on the chair. Clearly had not been fully serviced. I went downstairs and they assigned me another room which had been cleaned and made up. Only thing missing was a hairdryer. I did go to the front reception and they provided one. Check in and getting settled...

"The building appears to be relatively new and modern. Everything was great and I would highly recommend to anyone. We especially liked the proximity to Nokomis Beach (1 mi). We didn't appreciate Fox news in the cafe every morning. Try something geared more for families perhaps."

"The stay was good, comfortable, clean and staff was friendly. However all of this was tainted by the homeless crack addicts hangong out in and around the property. This gave it an unsafe vibe. Allowing them to eat in the dining room is off putting."
