"This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of coffee plantations, the mountains and valley. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the area, but too bad they don't have open the restaurant for dinner or lunch. The place is in good condition although there are very few details that can be fixed, but not easily spotted. The pool is beautiful and has different activities to do in the same place. "

The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the town, providing valuable input as it relates to eating and cafe options, as well as for hiking/visiting nearby Cocora Valley, which ultimately saved me $. "The rooms are clean, though the area is very humid and rooms felt damp. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, typical Colombian food, hot chocolate or coffee. The view from points around the hotel property are spectacular. The hotels outside of Salento appear better than this inn town and the property is only a short drive from town. "I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges.
