"I believe this is the best hotel on Hat Yai. It is fine, staff and service are delightful. Rooms a tad dated, bed comfortable. Noise from nightmarket but that stops 10 sharp so not end of world. Hat ayainhas nothing endearing about it, but as staging post to Koh Lipe was fine"

"Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. "

"The hotel seems new. They have kids club so ur little ones will not be bored. Bath tub available. However it will be better if theres a screen in the toilet. Breakfast option could be better. Though the staff should be better trained. Instead of rightaway charging breakfast for a child, staff should actually ask the parent for the age. Walking distance ard 10 mins to 711 n Mini Big C and self service laundry. Grab to central mall n asean market is around 80 baht. Parking is within the hotel...
