"It is the typical European hotel with the pub/restaurant below and rooms above. We booked our room only an hour before arriving around 8pm. The staff and locals were extremely friendly and happy to speak English when the realized we spoke little French. Even my mom commented that they had been the friendliest people we have met in France. I was traveling with my mother and teenage daughter. "SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. "
