"The gite showed as available, i reserved, paid, and got the number key to enter. So i drove there and realized i could not get in. I checked my email only to discover that the owner cancelled the reservation last minute. Unreliable site and/or unreliable owner. ."

"This was a beautiful, clean and very spacious property. Every amenity and comfort item necessary was readily available. Highly recommended."

"The pictures were accurate but didn’t show how sparse the rooms were in reality. Big issue was bathrooms. Was not expecting toilets to be in same room as sinks, showers and tub BUT was expecting to be on the same floor. The toilets were on first floor and half flight up. The full bathrooms were on second and third floor. "

"Although I had seen that Alice’s House had great reviews, we were beyond delighted with our stay. Liliane met us and gave us a tour, patiently using translation app since none of us spoke French. The house is immaculate, spacious, nicely furnished, and has everything you need for a group visit. We enjoyed the walled yard, sitting in the large sunroom, making and enjoying breakfasts together in fully equipped kitchen.
