"I liked my room, the location was good and the parking was easy and close to the entrance. The person checking me in took time to be friendly and explain local dining options to everyone before me in the line and then chose to answer a phone call immediately after starting to check me in, then whispering ‘you’re all set’ to dismiss me. I’d had a really long and difficult journey to get there, and then waited some time in a line to check in. I also needed to ask about things nearby but didn’t...

"Woodspring Suites East Lansing was clean and appeared to be well managed. The only item that caused a pain point for me was the lack of coffee in the lobby and no coffee machine in the room, and there is no McDonald's nearby to get coffee at, so I got coffee at the Mobil gas station on the other side of the highway. I recommend adding a self serve coffee machine to the lobby area. Thank you for requesting feedback. "
