"This is a totally adequate hotel for a one or two night stay. The hallways smell like they’re trying to cover former smoke smell, but the rooms don’t smell. The rooms are surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is right next to the freeway. You will still hear some loud motorcycles or trailer trucks so if you’re super sensitive to sound, get a room away from the freeway. Overall, Hotel Xola offers a good value. "

When I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV, someone arrived within a few minutes and fixed the problem. "The hotel is a good value. One thing to remember is that the hotel is pet friendly. We stayed in the hotel for a week over the holiday. Lots of dogs left in rooms that barked all day. One night, a German shepherd got out into the hall at 1:00 am. It's owner, who was high, started yelling at it to be quiet. The value of the room was great. The staff was wonderful. The continental breakfast was good. It is what one would expect."
