"What a fantastic place the owner jon couldn't have been more helpful we got lost he navigated us all the way to our stay the studio was beautiful nice comfy bed comfy settee nice surrounding and pet friendly will defo go back if in the area and price of studio was sooo cheap for what we got 😁😁😁😁"

"You get a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great place opposite the CSTLE. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. Great place to stay."

"Great location, generally clean and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water and great underfloor heating downstairs. Very intermittent Wi-Fi, issue with dead flies everywhere. One set of bunk beds is sized for small children only not mentioned on listing. Hot tub demands 24/7 supervision to keep wood burner alight and water hot. However stunning local walks, beaches and scenery. A great retreat location for R&R. "

"We were very surprised at the overall excellent level of our stay. We were greeted warmly by the owner who was very friendly and informative. Our room was spacious, shower and bathroom enormous and all was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and a choice of sizes of pillows. Bright and light room with lovely view. "Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. "Lovely setting, well established country hotel. Not many staff so very little interaction. A bit of an odd set up with breakfast at extra cost but you have to book it the night before - either hot or continental. The receptionist forgot to tell me this so it was a bit awkward when we came down to an empty dining room, not knowing what was available to us. That was too much of a faf for us so it was easier to go elsewhere fore breakfast, easier and cheaper."
