Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! "Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. "

"Convenient for the train station. Concierge was a lovely, elderly gentleman with a passion for meeting people; very helpful indeed. Rooms were a bit spartan and a problem with a flooding sink but the bed was very comfortable and a good, night’s sleep before a long journey ahead was very welcome."
