"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. "One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bed don't seem to have been replaced in 20 years, could feel ever spring poking into you all night. No AC so you had to keep the window open but the street was very loud. Possible cleanliness but I didn't want to look too close. "

"Due to negative experiences we usually don't book apartments without any reviews - I am happy we did this time! We had an awesome vacation in this house and the region. The house is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything you need is available in sufficient quantity. A nice bakery, a butcher and several beaches are within walking distance. The communication with the host Raquel was great. She was very supportive with questions about restaurants etc."
