"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"Slow drain in bathtub, there was ankle deep water before the water got hot for my shower. No air conditioning. There was A Lot of highway noise as we had to open up all the windows to get cooler air into the room. Early morning chickens were also quite in evidence. Very good restaurant on site. The bed was large and comfortable. "

"This is truly an exceptional property, if I could give it 6 stars I would. It had everything you could possibly need for a Maui vacation. The upstairs has a game room equipped with ping pong, air hockey and video games that would rival most arcades. The fitness facility was as well equipped as the fitness center we work out at in Denver.
