"This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels...

"Last minute booking to visit relatives w medical, place needs to be majorly upgraded. Part of the embassy suites next-door, but nowhere near the comfort level. But inexpensive last minute accommodations for one night it will do. "

"Do not expect to find any signs with the hotel name anywhere visible anyway. The location hosts many different properties and Ubana hotel was one of them, just look for "checkin" sign. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, very small though just perfect for one night as was our case, Place is in old san juan so all is close by. Took public transport to get to cruiseship at one block from hotel free, just 10 minutes "
