"Pros being Anges was great with directions on how to get to property even at 1am. The area was the best of area looks wise but location wise it was conveniently located in middle of traveling to to each end of PR. Anges was very helpful with questions and ideas of things to do and places to eat. Extras were provided such as eggs and crackers n lunch meat. Brita water filter was available which was nice! And a few toiletries if you forgot small stuff. Cons: The posting shows a king and queen...

"There was a confusion at check-in with the first floor and second floor stay but I had not settled in yet so it was resolved. The House keeper was beyond an exceptional person. "My family absolutely LOVED this house and described it as "immaculate" several times. They were in absolute awe of the abundant greenery, the bright airy living spaces, and sound of nature at night. Coming from Dallas, a giant city, it was absolutely refreshing to be surrounded by nature. It's a bit of a drive away from popular tourist spots, but we didn't mind because the drive was beautiful."

"Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go...

"We could have stayed here twice as long and still have wanted more. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, right on the ocean. The owners are gracious and kind and a joy to talk to. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time, with it's amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the pelicans fishing and the boats going by. Just beautiful! We could not have found a better spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!"

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."
