"I’m a solo female traveller and it was really safe, you’re from the center but there’s a bus at 2/3 minutes walking distance that goes directly in the center and then to move around in the center there’s a lot of free bus. The breakfast is really good! You can do laundry and on weekdays there’s really few people. There’s a lot of music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, but with earplugs or AirPods you’re good-it’s wasn’t really a problem for me. "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Lovely cosy little rooms with fabulous view. Well appointed, with a small fridge, massive shower, and instant oats and pastries left for you in case you wanted a snack in the morning. I would recommend arriving in the daylight if possible; partly for the view but also because the car park and approach to the rooms are poorly lit. Good value for money."

"Arrived quite late around 9pm but this was no problem. The room we were given was quite simply stunning. A beautiful rustic attic room with wooden floors and huge beams spanning the ceiling. There was a 60 inch TV and Netflix was provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. All in all I couldn't recommend this place enough. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much to ask for. A thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"Location is in a middle of a council estate.. when I arrived there was a torn piece of paper stuck to the door saying ring Ahmed for check in. "We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. "

"Our two night stay in Lodge 1 was perfect and relaxing. Easy checkin process and the lodge was clean and welcoming. The lodge is just 10 minutes away from Skipton centre and 20 minutes away from Bolton Abbey, which we had a lovely walk around. Sitting in the hot tub with the starry sky and the hilly views topped the stay off. One of the top lodges I’ve ever stayed in. "
