"Hidden charges stay away. I bookedand paid online and the check in process was very difficult. They wanted me to pay again. I explained that I paid already. I do not speak Spanish. I should have. It my losses and left. I only stayed 1 night. The neighborhood is so so. At check out I was basically charged in fees and taxes more than what I paid for the room on the website. I paid but strongly advise staying away from this hotel. "

"I didn’t stay at the original address of Mom’s House but in another location which I was told was a branch of Mom’s house. In this new location the bathroom was shared and rarely cleaned. It was on my request that it would be cleaned. The lady in charge, Estella, was helpful with transport and getting supplies. Comfort and cleanliness need to be enhanced a lot in this new location. "
