"Our room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced. We used the free airport shuttle which functioned perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked but somewhat run-down. The staff were friendly and helpful but they do suffer from the national labor shortage and there's not enough of them for the number of people staying there. So this place is...

"Room was clean and a good size, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Overall it was a good value for the price paid, however it should be noted that the clientele at this place is a bit mixed. Most were regular travellers, but there were a number of folks - presumably locals - who were clearly dealing with some mental health / emotional / substance use issues. I never felt unsafe, but it's worth noting if you're travelling with kids. "

"This was actually an added day to a two night stay. We were staying there during an overnight stay at Swedish Medical Center. The hospital is about six miles east of the hotel but easy to travel between the two. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We initially asked for a late departure while we waited for roads to clear after a big snow storm. The hotel quickly cleared the foot of snow from the sidewalks and approved a late departure. That changed to another night as we spent another day...
